Today I’m going to share with you my favorite superfoods for fat loss. But you might be a bit surprised to see that goji berries and chia seeds didn’t make the list. Not that they aren’t full of health benefits, they just aren’t the top foods I would recommend for fat loss.
I am so happy to announce that I have a 6 week nutrition program launching on January 11 called Back to Basics Nutrition. These programs are often hard to stick to long term, if the measuring and weighing doesn’t become a habit for you. Unfortunately, as soon as you go off the diet, the weight comes back.
Instead of a diet this year why don’t you learn the basics of nutrition for fat loss. That’s right, the focus of this program is for fat loss, not weight loss. Fat loss will help ensure that the fat around your organs dissolves, instead of just promising you a lower number on the scale. This program was built on the premise of teaching you how to eat simple, healthy, nutritious foods in a way that is sustainable long term. By the end of the program you will be set up for success, and you will never have to fall into the diet trap again.
