Hi friends, Happy Monday! Today I have some exciting news to share. Here at PancakeWarriors we (Dave and I) have been working overtime to get my personal training website up and running. While it’s not 100% complete yet, I’m super excited about the progress we have made. Today, I’m going to share a sneak peak of the program and the benefits. This isn’t your normal personal training program, it’s so much more.
PW Fitness is designed to help you gain more time in your week all while still working towards your goals of health and fitness. Quick workouts, with a focus on high intensity exercise that can be tailored to your level. Beginner and intermediate programs that I think will help everyone increase their level of fitness. These workouts are quick, 20 minutes or less. No program would be complete without an introduction to weight training as well (options for using resistance bands or dumbbells). These workouts are all designed to be flexible and can be done anywhere. Even in the comfort of your own home. Why?
I realize that fitness and exercise is often the first thing to go from a busy schedule. But most people can find 15-20 minutes each day! So that was my focus when developing this program. Trust me, there are still options if you love getting to the gym everyday, including treadmill and elliptical training.
The other reason people struggle when trying to get healthy and fit is nutrition! It seems to be one (fitness) or the other (nutrition) but never bringing the two together for a fat blasting combo. The best way to stick to a healthy diet is to have a plan and have healthy food on hand. The worst feeling is to come home from a busy day and have to decide what’s for dinner. The answer is usually ordering pizza, grabbing drive through or sticking a microwave meal in the microwave and then snacking for the rest of the night. The goal is dinner on the table in 20 minutes or less every night! Sounds like a plan right? I promise you this will be meals that you and your spouse and kids will happily eat! No steamed veggies and dry boring chicken! We are talking spice, herbs and bright flavors every day!
I am so excited to be able to help people achieve their goals. I know from personal experience that not feeling great about how you look can really effect every other part of your life.
