The gym has officially been open for 4 weeks now! The time has seriously flown by, I’ve met some incredible ladies and we are so excited to see where the next year takes us! And I’m taking that no cooking required to the next level by making a simple zoodle bowl with an Asian twist. All you need is a few ingredients, a little chopping and viola, the perfect dinner for those hectic nights! - 2 zucchini, spiralized
- ½ yellow bell pepper, chopped
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- 10-15 sugar snap peas, chopped
- ¼ cup shredded red cabbage
- ¼ cup chopped green onion
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 1 package Bumble Bee SuperFresh® Seared Ahi Tuna
- 2 tbs. tahini
- ¼ cup coconut aminos
- Juice ½ lime
- 2 tbs. fish sauce
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tsp. fresh minced ginger
- The night or morning before you will need to take the Bumble Bee SuperFresh® Seared Ahi Tuna from the freezer and store in the refridgerator.
- The night of, make the Asian Sauce by combining the tahini, coconut aminos, fish sauce, lime juice, garlic powder and fresh minced ginger in a bowl. Divide between two bowls.
- Spiralize the zucchini into the bowls after the sauce is made and divided.
- Divide the chopped veggies between the two bowls.
- Stir to combine until all the sauce coats the veggies.
- Open the Bumble Bee SuperFresh® Seared Ahi Tuna that has been defrosting all day. Divide between over the two zoodle bowls and add the sliced avocado.
